I'm going to do a quick workout routine post,
Okay, i only do this if i get the time to or if i have spare time
So anyway lets start
First i would do my johnson and johnson 7 minute workout app
Then i would do some streches,
Then i would do butt workouts like sit downs .. (I have no idea what its called in workout form)
Then i would do around 50 pushups
then i would walk on the spot for 30 minutes
Then i would do some crunches
Afterwards i would do some more cool down streches
And that consists of my workout routine ..
Anyway now im going to give you tips,
Drink atleast 8 cups of water a day
Its really good for you and its pretty good for dieting
Cut down on junk
Its okay to treat your self to something yummy once in a while but not everyday
Eat 5 small meals a day
Think of it as this
If you were in a forest stranded and you needed to keep a fire going for a couple of days and you had a bunch of sticks, would it last longer if you threw them all in at once or you put them in one by one at certain times
Baisically what im trying to say, it fuels your body more and keeps the metabolism going
Eat lots of veggies and fruits
these are good for you and are very filling and sometimes fruit can be an alternative for desert

Sorry its not very intresting and sorry its not much but its all i have in mind
Im sorry for this shitty post but this is just to keep me updated for tommorow because il be very busy tommorow and i posibly wont have time to blog because im going to my friends birthday party so i probably wont be home all day.
