We have been kind of trying to be as close to that as possible .. Hair masks, Eyelash growth, hygiene etc .. :3
Anyway here are some tips
1. Body-.. For a well toned body do some exercising .. you dont need to be skinny to look good.. But
it it will make your health better.
2 Eyebrows- Pluck any stray hairs and then fill in for good tamed looking brows
3 Eyelashes - LONG EYELASHES
1.Get an old brush from any mascara tube. Wash the mascara off the brush with water. This might be a bit messy so use soap. You can also find these brushes at Sephora (make-up store) They have them next to the other makeup supplies.
2.Find baby powder and put it all around the mascara brush.
3.Brush your eyelashes with Vaseline using the mascara brush. It may take about five weeks to see a difference.
4.Use lip balm on your eyelashes to make them appear curlier. This will also make the eyelashes grow longer over time.
Flavored Chapstick or lip balm has the best results rather than the unflavored ones. Open up the lip balm.
5.Apply to your eyelashes. Go from the inner corners of your eyes to where your eyelashes stop.
Press the lip balm down to your skin and make sure your skin gets some lip balm as well.
6.Keep this on as you go to sleep. Make sure that you wear a sleeping mask. If you must, use a silk one.
7.Wash the lip balm off your eyes when you wake up. Re-apply two coats of lip balm before leaving for the day so it can help penetrate.
8.Take your makeup off before you go to bed. If you leave mascara on overnight, it leaves your lashes more brittle and susceptible to breaking.
9.Improve your diet. Without proper nutrition, your body will cease to grow hair, including your eyelashes.
3- Eyes
1.Wash your eyes with cold water every morning and before bed.
2.use eyecream
3.Avoid getting sleep by washing your eyes once everyday.
4.Sleep well to avoid Eye Bags.
5.Aply facecream around your eyes
6.Shape your eyebrows
7. put vaseline onto your eyelids
8.Curl your lashes with vaseline
4-Hair -Hair growth
1. Brush with comb
2. massage hair everyday
3.wash hair every 2-3 days
4.do mayonaise mask a couple times a week
5.Do braid overnight
6.when its wet dont scrunch with a towel just pat it
7.dont use alot of heat
5- Lips
SOFT LIPS
1.Apply petroleum jelly at night. You can use Vaseline or Aquaphor when your lips need intense moisturizing and are especially chapped. Apply as often as you like,
though it's generally good to use petroleum jelly at night while sleeping and apply a thinner product in the daytime.
2.Wear a moisturizing lip balm everyday. Use a balm with shea or cocoa butter for the best results. Make sure to reapply frequently throughout the day when your lips begin to feel dry (usually about every two hours).
Apply lip balm every morning underneath any other lip products that you use, including lipstick, lip gloss, and lip stain.
Choose the product that sounds most appealing to your condition. Some lip balms are medicated and others contain strong mint extracts that might be irritating to some. Read the label of a lip balm before buying it to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.
Common lip balm brands include: Burt's Bees, Blistex, Carmex, Chapstick, C.O. Bigelow, Nivea, Softlips, EOS, and Banana Boat.
3.Rub sugar on your lips. You can really use any coarse food product, but avoid irritants like salt that will actually dry out your lips7
4.Rub cucumber slices on your lips. The phytochemicals found in cucumbers tighten the collagen in your lips, making them appear plump and hydrated. Massage your lips for several minutes with freshly cut cucumber slices.
6-Nails
How to get long healthy nails
1.Stop biting them. Yes, it's pretty hard. But they have some bitter tasting polishes on the market.
2Keep nail files around. Just file once a week. Depending on genes, nails may break easily. Nails often break if they are uneven, and nails naturally grow unevenly
3.Drink water. Your nails will love you for it. You can also take multi vitamins to speed up growth and lotion helps keep the moisture in.
4.Also try to handle more natural items so swap plastic for wood, fabric- leather etc. You can do this by simply buying more natural items, so that means no sweets! It's hard but if you get off the sugar for a while your nails will grow stronger and won't break as easily.
6.soak thhem in salt and water
5.Apply more than one coat of nail polish, or a base coat two coats of nail polish, and then a top coat. This simply stops chipping and will make your nails look stronger, but if you don't have time to do this you can buy special anti chip nail varnish but these will not work as well. Another way to stop chipping is to apply some of the nail polish on the tip of your nail. Also add a fresh top coat daily to your manicure. Using nail polish remover when your manicure chips will weaken your nails rather than strengthen them.
7-SKIN
Soft skin
1. moisturise twice a day
2. exfoliate once a week
3Wash your face at night.. Over the course of the day, makeup, dirt, and oil build up on your face. Make cleansing your skin part of your bedtime routine.
Use makeup remover. Not only does this prevent it from clogging up your pores and causing breakouts while you sleep, it also stops you from smearing bacteria on your pillow — where it can get into your skin night after night.
Use a gentle soap. Remember that you want to clean your skin, not completely strip it of all oils — if it feels tight and dry after washing, you're using something too strong.
Avoid the eye area; the skin around the eye can be too delicate for most cleansers.
Rinse off by splashing water on your face. Using a washcloth or rag to roughly wipe your skin clean can irritate it more. Instead, bend your face over the sink, cup your hands together, and bring up small amounts of water to splash over your face. About 10 splashes should do it.
Pat dry. Don't roughly rub your skin dry with a towel. Instead, dry it with small, gentle pats or let it air dry.
4.Apply toner. A toner removes excess oil and dirt from your skin that the soap missed, in addition to closing your pores. Not everyone needs to use a toner, but some people find it helpful.
Put a few drops onto a cotton ball or pad. Swipe it lightly over your skin.
Only use astringent if your skin is exceptionally oily. Astringent is a stronger type of toner that can be up to 60% alcohol. If your skin tends to be dry, using astringent could actually cause acne by driving your oil glands to overcompensate.
Witch hazel is a natural alternative to buying synthetic toner/astringent.
Consider applying toner to only the areas of your skin that tend to break out. For instance, you might only use it on your nose or forehead
5.Drink up. Aim to get 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. The water will clear your skin and make it glow because it makes it easier for your body to flush out toxins quickly.
Carry a water bottle with you all day to make sure you always have water on hand.
Drink herbal tea or other non-caffeinated beverages to hydrate when you're tired of water.
6.Eat a healthy diet. Healthy proteins and nutritious fruits and vegetables go a long way toward making skin glow. Add these elements to your diet to see quick results:
Omega 3 fatty acids. These are found in fish and walnuts, and are especially beneficial to your skin.
Vitamin C. This will help existing pimples heal faster, so eating a few servings of citrus fruits and spinach will help.
Fiber-rich foods. Fresh vegetables, nuts, and unprocessed fruit helps keep a fine balance and to be regular, not sluggish, in the gastrointestinal area. You may look and feel tired and sickly (headache and abdominal complaints), if you do not have regularity of elimination/movements once or more every day.
7.Work out. Cardio makes your skin glow because it stimulates blood flow. It's also healthy for your body and will make you stronger. You'll see results immediately and long term, too.
8-Teeth
TEETH
1. brush twice everyday
2. Get baking powder and lemon and mix and rinse out mouth do this a couple times a week for whiter teeth
3.Get strawberries mash them and leave on teeth for 2-5 min wash it and then brush teeth
4. rub orange peal on your teeth and then brush do it for about a week
